Come To Our Farm-To-Table Dinner on Saturday September 16, 2017

Featuring New York City chef Marion Maur former chef/owner of Marion’s Kitchen Woodstock N.Y.

Come to our exclusive 25 guest Farm-To-Table Dinner. Our farm is a five minute drive from the Main Street of New Paltz New York. The farm overlooks the Shawangunk Mountain Ridge, home of Mohonk Mountain House and the tower. Pete, the farmer and I love to cook.. Everything served comes directly from our organic farm or is sourced from a local Hudson Valley Farm. It is an experience that adds to the deep appreciation that so many people have for our farm and for all who farm and produce local food. First Course:

  • Duo of Taliaferro Farm Tomato and Heirloom Tomato Tart; Feta Toasted Pine Nuts, Chilled Roasted Tomato Soup, Beet-Chili Tarter.

Second Course:

  • Escarole, Watermelon, Fresh Green Herbs, Onions, Bacon Vinaigrette.

Third Course:

  • Local Dover Sole Ceviche, Dill Cucumber, Crème Fraiche.

Fourth Course:

  • Momofuku Braised Pork Butt, Japanese Rice, Butterhead Lettuce, Ginger Scallion Sauce. 

Fifth Course:

  • Local Honey Panna Cotta Italian Plum Compote.

All vegetables from Taliaferro farms. All pasture raised meats sourced from local farms: Full Moon Farm and Bradley Farm. Fish from Pura Vida fisheries. All organic dairy products from local dairy farms.
