Come To Our Farm-To-Table Dinner on Saturday September 15, 2018
Hosted by Robin and Pete Taliaferro
Featuring local executive chef, and former chef at theCanal House in High Falls, Josh Baur.

We welcome back Josh Baur. Josh was one our first farm to table guest chefs. Josh was a former chef at the Canal House, High Falls New York.

Farm-To-Table Dinner

Place: Taliaferro Farms
Date: Saturday, September 15, 2018 (rain or shine)
Time: 6:30-9:30pm
Price: $90.00/person
Price: for persons not having any wine or champagne - $85.00/person



First Course:

  • Bi-color Gazpacho, Chiffonade Basil, Charred Baguette.

Second Course:

  • Long Island Fluke Picatta, Braised Greens, Fried Capers, Bacon, Pickled Lemon.

Third Course:

  • Baby Green Salad, Famous Vinaigrette, Rice Paper, Corolla Potato Shooter.

Fourth Course:

  • Jerusalem Chicken Fennel, Ouzo, Apple and Saffron Couscous. 

Fifth Course:

  • Almond Raspberry Galette, Crème fraiche.

All vegetables from Taliaferro farms. All pasture raised meats sourced from local farms; Full Moon Farm and Bradley Farm. Fish from Pura Vida fisheries. All organic dairy products from local dairy farms.
