Come To Our Farm-To-Table Dinner on Saturday August 18, 2018

Featuring former chef and owner of Marion’s Kitchen and general manager of Pappardella Restaurant, Marion Maur.

We welcome back Marion Maur, former chef/owner of Marion’s Kitchen, Woodstock New York. Marion currently operates the Pappardella Restaurant located on Columbus Ave. Manhattan. .

Date: Saturday, August 18, 2018 (rain or shine)
Time: 6:30-9:30pm
Price: $90.00/person
Price: for persons not having any wine or champagne - $85.00/person



First Course:

  • Greek Salad; Cucumber, Tomato, Onion, Feta, Kalamata Olive, Oregano.

Second Course:

  • Eggplant Moussaka; Summer Tomato Sauce, Béchamel, Pecorino.

Third Course:

  • Grilled Prawn Skewer; Summer Squash, Roasted Garlic and Parsley Butter.

Fourth Course:

  • Lamb Kofta; Tahini Lemon Sauce, Pickled Carrot and Golden Beet Salad, Pita Bread. 

Fifth Course:

  • Greek Yogurt Semifreddo; Toasted Pistachio, Local Honey.

All vegetables from Taliaferro farms. All pasture raised meats sourced from local farms; Full Moon Farm and Bradley Farm. Fish from Pura Vida fisheries. All organic dairy products from local dairy farms.
