Come To Our Farm-To-Table Dinner on Saturday September 29, 2018
Hosted by Robin and Pete Taliaferro
Featuring Chef Cluade Guermont, French born and French trained, executive chef from Normandy France.

Chef Cluade Guermont returns for a second dinner for this season. Former chef instructor at the Culinary Institute of America and owner of La Pavillion in Poughkeepsie for 29 years, he always delivers a delicious French Dinner experience.

Farm-To-Table Dinner

Place: Taliaferro Farms
Date: Saturday, September 29, 2018 (rain or shine)
Time: 6:30-9:30pm
Price: $90.00/person
Price: for persons not having any wine or champagne - $85.00/person



First Course:

  • Tomato Farcie; a stuffed tomato dish served in a tomato puree sauce.

Second Course:

  • Fall Vegetable Pie, made with a bountiful selection of the farm’s fall harvest and Camembert Cheese.

Third Course:

  • Feather light French Fish Dumplings, Roasted Squash.

Fourth Course:

  • Roasted Pork Loin, Normandie Apple Sauce, Tromboncino Squash, Potato Sauté. 

Fifth Course:

  • Red Kuri Winter Squash and Maple Crème Brulée, Delicious specialty French cookies called Cat's Tongue.

All vegetables from Taliaferro farms. All pasture raised meats sourced from local farms; Full Moon Farm and Bradley Farm. Fish from Pura Vida fisheries. All organic dairy products from local dairy farms.
